The canvas, depth panel, feasibility checks, boards, and Sound Check polls are free forever. A 3-day trial pass lands the moment you verify your email. After that, a Sprint or Long-haul pass unlocks unlimited AI for the duration. No subscriptions. No auto-renew.

- What does a pass unlock?
- Unlimited name generation (all five modes: blends, letter swaps, prefixes and suffixes, compounds, invented words) and unlimited theme extraction on your Sound Check comments. Anything we build that uses AI in future is covered by the same active pass.
- Why a trial pass instead of free credits?
- A pass matches how naming actually works. You don't name a project once a week; you name it once and you want to hammer at it. Three days of unlimited is more useful than a fixed bucket of credits.
- Do passes auto-renew?
- No. Passes expire on a date you can see in your Settings page. If you want another one, you buy it.
- Who is the merchant of record?
- Charges appear on your statement as Lotlsoft. All payments run through Stripe; we never see your card details.
- What if a generation fails?
- A pass is unlimited, so a failed run doesn't cost you anything beyond a re-try. If something looks broken on our end, send us feedback through the footer link.
- What if Moniker goes away?
- Moniker is a small indie project, so the honest answer is: if it ever winds down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, disable new pass purchases, keep the service read-only, and ship an export that includes your boards, candidates, poll verdicts, and comments. Your account stays yours. No hostage situation.
